ABC Health & Performance, LLC provides marketing, administrative, educational and other approved non-clinical services. ABC Health & Performance is not a medical practice and does not independently provide medical care. Information submitted in connection with medical intake, scheduling, treatment, prescriptions, laboratory testing or other healthcare services may be collected, maintained or processed by SpringTrainingMD, applicable clinical providers, pharmacies, laboratories and other service providers, as appropriate to the service.

This Privacy Policy explains how ABC Health & Performance, LLC (“ABC Health & Performance,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information through https://abchealthandperformance.com and its pages, including Ageless AI and the client portal (the “Site”), and through our coaching services.

1. Who We Are and Our Role

We provide fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, education, customer support and other non-clinical services. Medical services are provided by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals through separate clinical entities and/or provider relationships supported by SpringTrainingMD. Prescriptions are dispensed by participating pharmacies, and ordered lab tests are performed by laboratories. Each of those parties handles the information it receives under its own privacy practices and any legal obligations that apply to it.

2. Information We Collect

  • Contact information you send us, such as your name, email address, phone number and the reason you are reaching out, for example when you email us to book a coaching consultation.
  • Client portal account information, if you are invited to create an account: name, email address, login credentials and account verification details.
  • Coaching and wellness information you choose to enter in the client portal, such as body measurements, weight, sleep, energy, pain scores, workouts and meal-plan preferences. This information is used for coaching only.
  • Technical information automatically sent by your browser when you visit the Site, such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages requested, which our hosting provider uses to deliver and secure the Site.

Ageless AI photos: photos you use with Ageless AI are processed only in your browser. They are not uploaded to or stored by us.

3. How We Use Information

  • To respond to your questions and schedule and deliver coaching services.
  • To operate the client portal, including verifying your account and showing your progress to you and your coach.
  • To provide customer support for non-clinical matters such as scheduling, billing and website questions.
  • To send service messages and, with your consent, marketing messages.
  • To maintain, secure and improve the Site, and to comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Clinical and Health Information

Medical intake, scheduling with a licensed provider, provider consultations, prescriptions, lab orders and clinical communications take place through the SpringTrainingMD-supported clinical platform (for example, the medical intake at abchnp.springtrainingmd.com), not through this Site. That information is collected and handled by SpringTrainingMD, the clinical providers, pharmacies and laboratories involved in your care, under their own privacy notices, including any HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices that applies to them. Please review the privacy notices presented to you during medical intake.

We receive clinical information only when you authorize it or as permitted by law and our agreements with those parties, and only to the extent needed to provide coordinated non-clinical support.

Please do not send medical histories, diagnoses, prescription details, lab results, insurance numbers or other sensitive clinical information to us by ordinary email, text message, website forms, social-media messages or comments. These channels are not secure. Clinical questions should go to your licensed provider through the medical intake or patient portal.

The client portal is a coaching tool, not a medical record, and is not monitored in real time. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site does not use advertising pixels, third-party analytics, or session-replay tools. The client portal uses cookies and browser storage strictly to keep you signed in. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser information when fonts are requested.

We do not place advertising, analytics or session-replay technology on medical intake, appointment, patient portal, prescription or other health-information pages. If we add any tracking technology to this Site in the future, we will update this policy first.

Pages hosted by other parties, such as the SpringTrainingMD medical intake or our hormone, peptide and lab information pages on separate subdomains, are governed by their own privacy practices.

6. Service Providers and Sharing

We share information only as needed with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, including:

  • Netlify: website hosting, client portal login and database storage.
  • Resend: delivery of account verification emails.
  • Spoonacular: recipe search used by your coach when building meal plans. Only recipe search terms are sent, not your name, contact or health information.
  • Google Fonts: website fonts.
  • Our email and phone providers: to send and receive messages you exchange with us.

We may also share information with SpringTrainingMD and clinical providers when you ask us to help connect you with care; to comply with law, legal process or to protect rights and safety; or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale, subject to this policy.

7. Email and SMS Communications

If you opt in, we may send you service and marketing messages by email or SMS. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. Mobile numbers and opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Requests about clinical information should be directed to the clinical provider or SpringTrainingMD, as applicable.

9. Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections and password-protected accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. You may ask us to delete your client portal account at any time.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
